I went for the normal difficulty since some of the hard/extra hard combos were... unappealing. But that's RNG for you I guess. Very fun challenge overall, I hated some of the themes I got so it was doubly hard to work with them - which is exactly how I like it ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

YAY FIRST ENTRY!! <3 These are incredible! And you managed a full set of 20, which I definitely don't think most participants will, so kudos for that too!

Hard to pick favorites cause they all look great, but some things I particular love are the neon coloring in 6, the composition in 4, the coloring and text use in 10, the lighting in 8... oh and 9 is just super pretty overall, gorgeous extreme far crop and the slightly foggy look, not sure if it's the cap or textures but it looks so pretty. 12 is perfection, this is the main icon where I see the 2012 look you mentioned, and I'm definitely a fan (omg that texture used to be so popular. It still looks great!). Awesome crop and muted coloring too.
And then there's 17 which is just beyond gorgeous with perfect use of a color splash and textures! All your ACs are spectacular, love the colors and painted details, and also the lighting on 18. I also adore the first and 4th extras.

Thanks :D I had some free time and a lot of motivation so this got done faster than I expected.

Tbh I love it when themes are not exactly up my alley, since then I have to actually get creative to make icons that are my style and still fit the theme.... but some of the combos were just unworkable unfortunately ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Maybe another time I'll get a hard set done!

1 is so stunning and beautiful! I love the texture in 5, and the lighting in 8. the natural coloring in 9, the composition in 10, the cropping in 11, the composition in 13, the coloring in 14, and the muted coloring in 15.

That 3rd icon is so cool!The colours in 6,18 and 20 are lovely,especially the hair painting in 20! 11-15 looks amazing as a set.The crop in 11 and the way you did the half face of Arwen in 13 & used the colours to bring out the minimalism-prettttyyy!

The composition is stunning (4, 5, 15), the lighting in all!!! (but 8 is so gorgeous with the b/w divide, also 7, 22/23), the coloring (1, 20), the CROPS! (I'm in love with 12)... so many great icons.
