16 x Overwatch






For 10in30's mystery box challenge:

So I was pretty conflicted about the contents of my box, because none of the things inside really made me go 'I want to use this'.... but on the other hand, that would have been too easy? Having to work with resources that are outside my comfort zone was definitely fun!

I kinda wanted to icon something other than Overwatch, but there's really no other (iconable) fandom I particularly care about rn... where have all the good anime gone, and where are all the shows
Also, I have a vague feeling I submitted icons to some icontest but I can't recall where and I can't find anything on my computer, so... maybe not? Idk.

Whoa, seeing how the resources/inspirations turn into icons here is SUPER impressive. All the texture-inspired icons especially, I'm just in awe of your creative process *___* Especially in 1, never ever would have thought of what you did there, just incredible. And 3 too, it's not at all what I would expect anyone to do with that texture and I always love it when icons surprise me. Everything else is amazing too, I particularly love the color scheme and text use on 8 and the extreme negative space + text use + extra bright colors on 6. Seriously all of these are fantastic, awesome job!!
